How to Store Seafood?

1.Storing in the Freezer

Transport your fish home in a freezer bag.

Check packaging for tears or holes.

Place seafood on the lowest shelf possible.

Once thawed, do not refreeze.

2.Storing in the Fridge

Wrap your fish tightly in wax paper, plastic wrap, or foil.

Keep fresh fish on ice.

Seal your storage containers.

Drain melted ice periodically.
